With tomorrow being Halloween and all the excitement, we just want to remind everyone to get a good nap in for the little ones before they venture out. Sleep deprivation and excitement are two triggers for an epileptic seizure. Also bright lights or flashing strobe lights are also triggers. Be safe little witches and goblins and have a safe and happy halloween!
